  • Two of your three land → the bet loses. A 3-ball needs all three; close pays nothing.

Compare that to a R100 1-ball: it’ll land far more often for a much smaller multiple. Same R100, completely different variance — which is the only real choice you’re making.

Picking a number count that fits

Choose by the variance you’re willing to wear, not the payout figure catching your eye. Want frequent small wins? Stick to 1-balls and 2-balls.
