Each row gives a username, the bet amount in rand, the cashout multiplier (blank if they didn't cash out), and the win in rand (nothing if they crashed out).

Scan whether most players cashed out early at 1x to 3x or rode it high. Over time it helps you set a realistic target for your own play rather than guessing.

Scanning how many seats went blank on a big round shows how many people rode it too long, which is the clearest on-screen reminder that the giant multiplier on the history bar wasn't banked by most of the table.
Can I use the Previous tab to spot which players are about to win?
No — it only reports rounds that have already finished, so there's nothing predictive in it. Each new round draws its own seed independently of every row in the history, which is exactly why the tab is useful for calibrating a realistic target but useless for forecasting where the next plane stops.
